“Sculpture By The Sea”, when the beauty of Art meets the beauty of Nature

The weather is beautiful; it’s time for a cultural outing! I already hear some outraged “What?”. I know… Museums are great and we love spending time there, but only when the weather is (really) bad. Let’s be honest, with summer just around the corner, we all run to the beach to enjoy the first rays of sun.

No need to choose between the beach and cultural outings anymore, the perfect event has been organised for you: Sculpture By The Sea – the world’s largest annual free-to-the-public outdoor sculpture exhibition. From Bondi to Coogee, the eastern coast of Sydney has been embellished with monumental sculptures. The walk along the coast is a pure pleasure for the eyes, and the sculptures are like the cherry on the cake!

if you missed it this year, enjoy the couple of pictures below.
